Mentorship

Our main goal is to create a Mentor Culture among the Jordanian IT community, and in order to achieve this goal we will be working on several programs and initiatives such as the following as an example:

• Create an Online Network to facilitate Mentor Matching under a common understanding agreed upon by both mentor and mentee .
• Empower mentors by creating a mentor’s Guidebook and make available publicly.
• Shadowing Programs: Where young professionals and students will get the chance to shadow for a professional for a working week.
• Interview your role model Program: Create an opportunity for young professionals to interview their ideal mentor or role model and they will in turn be asked to post an article on our website to share the mentor's advice, knowledge, and vision with the rest of the IT community.
• Create alliances and opportunities by cooperating with international mentoring organizations.
• The Project will be launched in Q2 2011
